The design process has responded to the challenging site location and technical restraints while embedding the history and cultural heritage of Yiwu into the design. The development is set to become the largest commercial complex with dining and entertainment facilities. It aims to offer multiple experiences to visitors by integrating shopping, food beverage, culture and leisure into one destination. Furthermore, the development will introduce a number of public and cultural spaces which will blend into the existing urban fabric in continuing the development of Yiwu’s rich cultural heritage.
